Spouses often do not talk about doubts, about their sadness, about the past. It seems to them that the time has passed in vain or the partner turned out to be the wrong one and did not live up to their expectations. To a greater extent, men tend to hide anger and displeasure with relationships under boredom. It is easier for women to express their feelings, regrets or claims, but not always fully realized.
Boredom will always be underpinned by repressed or unconscious feelings: sadness, frustration, and anger, which hide the most important needs in a relationship. Needs, without which the relationship slowly dies.
The truth is that when people have lived together for a long time, they begin to slowly become disappointed in each other, and possibly in the very idea of family life.
